What is 3SEnglishPro? 3SEnglishPro is an online English coaching platform that helps kids, adults, IELTS and CELPIP candidates, and professionals speak English more clearly and confidently.
What does 3S mean? 3S stands for Sharp, Smart, and Sound. It reflects our focus on clear communication, intelligent learning, and confident English expression.
Are the lessons online? Yes. Lessons are delivered online, making it easier for learners in different countries and time zones to join from anywhere.

Program Questions

What programs do you offer? 3SEnglishPro offers Kids English, Adult English, IELTS Preparation, CELPIP Preparation, Interview Coaching, Kids Group Classes, and Adult Group Classes.
Can children join the lessons? Yes. Kids English lessons are available for children who need support with speaking, reading, vocabulary, pronunciation, and confidence.
Do you help adults improve speaking confidence? Yes. Adult English lessons are designed to help learners speak more naturally in conversations, work situations, meetings, interviews, and daily life.
Do you offer IELTS preparation? Yes. IELTS coaching can support speaking, writing structure, answer organization, exam confidence, and strategy.
Do you offer CELPIP preparation? Yes. CELPIP coaching covers all four skills, listening, reading, writing, and speaking, with timed practice, mock tests, and feedback to help you reach your target CLB level for permanent residence, citizenship, or work in Canada.

Lesson Format & Details

What does a lesson actually look like? Lessons are conducted one-on-one through live video call sessions with a dedicated coach, giving you personalized feedback and real-time speaking practice rather than pre-recorded content.
How long is each lesson? Most lessons run between 30 and 45 minutes, depending on the program and the learner's goal. Your coach can confirm the exact length for your track.
Do I need a specific English level to start? No. There's no minimum level required. Lessons are tailored to match your current ability, whether you're a beginner or already advanced, so you're never placed in the wrong track.
Will I get homework or practice tasks? Yes. Coaches may assign short exercises between sessions to reinforce what was covered and help you progress faster, though the amount depends on your program and pace.

Power Session & Booking

Is the Power Session a real lesson? Yes. The $10 Power Session is a real 25-minute 1-to-1 coaching session where you practise, receive feedback, and get guidance on the best program for your English goal.
Can I choose my Power Session time? Yes. You can use the booking calendar to select an available date and time for your Power Session.
What happens after I book? After booking, the team will use your submitted details to confirm your lesson schedule, learning goal, and next steps.
Can parents book for a child? Yes. Parents can book a Power Session for their child and provide the child's age, English level, and learning goal.
Can I reschedule a lesson? Yes. If something comes up, just contact the team ahead of your scheduled time and a new slot will be arranged based on coach availability.

Payment & Scheduling

Do I need to pay before my Power Session? Yes. The $10 payment is required before your session is confirmed. You may pay first and then book, or book your time and complete payment before confirmation.
What if I book a time before paying? The booking time will still need payment confirmation before the lesson is finalized. The team may follow up with payment instructions.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept major debit and credit cards along with other supported online payment options available at checkout.
Can I continue after my Power Session? Yes. After your Power Session, the team can recommend the best program or package based on your English level, learning goal, and schedule. Your $10 counts toward any 3S package of $100 or more booked within 7 days.
