Terms of Service
These Terms of Service explain the rules, responsibilities, booking conditions, payment policies, and legal agreement between you and 3SEnglishPro when using our coaching services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
3SEnglishPro is operated by Elwani-Training (Pty) Ltd. By booking a lesson, purchasing a package, or using the 3SEnglishPro website, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Services
3SEnglishPro provides 1:1 online English coaching, including:
- IELTS preparation and exam strategy coaching
- Career and professional English communication coaching
- English lessons for children and teenagers
- General English conversation coaching
All coaching sessions are delivered live through online video conferencing, on a scheduled basis..
3. Eligibility and Minors
- Adult users must be 18 or older to independently purchase services and enter agreements.
- For students under 18, a parent or legal guardian must create the account, provide consent, and remain responsible for payment and communication.
- The parent or guardian remains responsible for payment, communication and consent.
- A parent or guardian should remain reachable during a minor's scheduled lesson.
4. Booking, Payment & Cancellation
- Trial lessons and lesson packages must be paid in advance through approved payment providers.
- Payments processed from a different currency or country may incur conversion fees or foreign transaction fees charged by the student's bank or card issuer. 3SEnglishPro does not control or receive these fees.
- Rescheduling requires at least 12 hours notice before the scheduled lesson start time.
- Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled lesson are forfeited in full. No refund and no credit will be issued for late cancellations.
- All payments are final. No cash refunds are issued once payment is made, for any reason, including trial lessons and packages.
- Unused funds from a purchased package may be applied toward a new package purchase or a package renewal. Funds cannot be withdrawn or transferred to a third party.
- Any dispute regarding a lesson's quality or delivery must be reported to hello@3senglishpro.com within 3 days of the lesson date. Disputes raised after this window are not eligible for review or credit.
5. Student Conduct
- Students are expected to behave respectfully throughout every lesson.
- Abusive, threatening, discriminatory or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate termination of the lesson.
- Lessons terminated because of inappropriate conduct are not eligible for refunds.
- Recording of sessions by students requires prior notice to the coach.
6. No Guaranteed Outcomes
3SEnglishPro provides coaching, guidance and structured learning. Although many students achieve excellent results, we do not guarantee:
- Specific IELTS scores
- Employment offers
- Interview success
- University admission
- Any other individual outcome
Outcomes depend on student effort, prior ability, and external factors outside our control.
7. Intellectual Property
- All lesson materials, curriculum content, worksheets, and coaching frameworks are the intellectual property of 3SEnglishPro.
- Worksheets, lesson recordings, coaching frameworks and teaching resources are for personal learning only.
- Redistribution, resale or public sharing of our materials is prohibited without written permission.
8. Coach & Platform Availability
Sessions are subject to coach availability. 3SEnglishPro reserves the right to reschedule sessions in cases of illness, technical failure, or emergency, with reasonable notice where possible.
9. Independent Contractor Status
Coaches deliver lessons as independent contractors and are not employees or agents of 3SEnglishPro.
3SEnglishPro is not responsible for the individual actions, statements, or conduct of a coach that fall outside the reasonable oversight measures described in Section 10.
10. Child Safeguarding and Conduct
- Coaches undergo identity verification prior to onboarding.
- Lessons involving minors may be recorded for quality assurance and safeguarding purposes. Recordings may be reviewed if a concern is reported.
- A parent or guardian is expected to remain reachable during a minor's scheduled lesson and retains the right to observe the session at any time.
- Any concern regarding a coach's conduct toward a minor must be reported immediately to hello@3senglishpro.com . 3SEnglishPro will investigate and may suspend or terminate the coach's access pending review, and will refer matters to appropriate authorities where warranted.
- 3SEnglishPro will not be held liable for misconduct occurring between a coach and a student during a session, beyond the oversight and reporting measures described above. This limitation does not remove 3SEnglishPro's obligation to act on reported misconduct.
11. Force Majeure
3SEnglishPro is not be liable for delays or interruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Internet failures
- Power outages
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Platform outages
- other events of force majeure.
12. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Filing a payment chargeback or dispute without first contacting hello@3senglishpro.com to resolve the issue is treated as a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension. This is separate from legitimate refund requests handled under Section 4.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold 3SEnglishPro harmless against claims, damages, or expenses arising from your own conduct, misuse of the platform, or violation of these terms.
14. Testimonials & Marketing
3SEnglishPro may use anonymized outcomes or, with consent, named testimonials and quotes for marketing purposes on the website and social channels.
15. Service Availability
The platform and booking system are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 3SEnglishPro does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free availability of the website or booking system. 3SEnglishPro is not responsible for lesson disruption caused by the student's own internet connection, device, or software, and no refund or credit is issued for sessions affected by these factors.
16. Assignment
3SEnglishPro may assign or transfer these terms and the underlying business in connection with a sale, merger, or restructuring, without requiring user consent.
17. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and 3SEnglishPro regarding the service, superseding prior agreements on the same subject.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3SEnglishPro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
- Lost income
- Missed examinations
- Interview outcomes
- Admission decisions
- Reliance on coaching outcomes
19. Termination
3SEnglishPro may suspend or terminate access to services for violation of these terms, non-payment, or abusive conduct, without refund of unused sessions in cases of conduct violations.
20. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
21. Changes to These Terms
3SEnglishPro may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
