Your lesson takes place online using the private meeting link sent with your joining details. Keep that email handy so you can find the time, timezone and link in one place.

1. Confirm your lesson time

Check the date and timezone in your lesson email. If the timezone is different from yours, check the local time before the lesson day. If anything looks wrong, email hello@3senglishpro.com so we can check it with you.

For a Power Session: after payment, choose your time using the booking calendar in your order confirmation. Paying alone does not reserve a time. Once your appointment is booked, we send your private joining details separately.

For a lesson package: we arrange the lesson times with you and your coach. The package tracker shows confirmed reservations, lessons used and the package expiry date.

2. Find your private joining link

Look for the email titled “Your 3S lesson joining details” or “Your 3S Power Session joining details.” Check your spam or junk folder too.

If you have an account, open My account, choose Orders and view your order. Confirmed joining details appear there when they are ready. If you checked out as a guest, use the private order-confirmation link in your email. Keep that link and your meeting link private.

If your joining link is missing, contact us. You do not need to pay again to request the joining details for a lesson you have already paid for.

3. Check your device a few minutes early
